Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the atm189 online betting website, mobile site, and any associated applications accessible at https://atm189.cam.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the atm189 platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player through an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by atm189 before processing withdrawals.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency accepted on the atm189 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which atm189 does not accept players, as determined at its sole discretion and updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age and Residency

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to create an Account and use the atm189 platform. Use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. atm189 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.

2.2 Legal Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that there is no legal impediment under your local laws preventing you from using online betting services.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the atm189 platform. Duplicate Accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, may be closed at atm189's sole discretion. Balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created by error, please contact support immediately at [email protected].

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the atm189 platform, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, email a ddress, and preferred payment method. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. atm189 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any two-factor authentication features available on the platform. You must notify atm189 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification

atm189 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot).

atm189 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed will have that request cancelled, though the funds will remain in the Account Balance.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. atm189 may also close or suspend an Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

atm189 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). atm189 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is neither offered nor supported.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for e-wallet transfers and within one business hour for bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without notice. atm189 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds attributable to those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• atm189 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from and withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be using third-party payment methods will be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be withheld until the source of the funds is satisfactorily established.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

atm189 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions (such as those tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and other cultural events). The specific terms of each promotion — including the eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and game type. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer baccarat, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the Wagering Requirement. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the promotion's full terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

atm189 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through related accounts, placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a win regardless of outcome (matched betting or arbitrage), and any strategy identified as designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, atm189 reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel all Bonus Funds, and permanently close the Account(s) involved.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

atm189 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonus funds already validly credited to a player's Account, provided the player continues to meet the stated terms of that promotion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the atm189 platform are subject to acceptance by atm189. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message or reference number from the platform. atm189 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or that are placed after an event has commenced (except where live in-play betting is expressly offered).

6.2 Sports Betting

The atm189 sportsbook covers a wide range of sports and competitions, including BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), badminton (including the All England, Thomas Cup, and Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Available betting markets include, but are not limited to: 1X2 (match result), Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under total goals, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations.

6.3 Lottery and Togel

atm189 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel SGP, Togel HK, and Togel SDY. Draw results are sourced from official and publicly verifiable result providers. atm189 is not responsible for delays or discrepancies arising from the source result providers. All togel bets are settled strictly in accordance with the rules published on the relevant game page.

6.4 Void Bets

atm189 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or pricing error; the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a period specified in the relevant sport's rules; or where atm189 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Voided bets are returned to the player's Account Balance at the original stake amount.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atm189 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or manipulate any aspect of the platform.
2. Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
3. Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
4. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
6. Engaging in chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting activity.
7. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent bonus eligibility restrictions or Account suspension decisions.
8. Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the atm189 platform — including but not limited to the atm189 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of atm189 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the atm189 platform without prior written consent from atm189.

9. Privacy & Data

atm189 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. atm189 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit and follows industry-standard data-at-rest security practices to protect your personal and financial information.

atm189 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and licensed payment processors where required by law or necessary to fulfill our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atm189 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

atm189's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

atm189 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect platform availability; such downtime will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

11. Amendments to These Terms

atm189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the atm189 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which atm189 holds its international gaming license. atm189 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through atm189's internal dispute resolution process within 30 days of being raised shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. Both parties agree that the language of arbitration proceedings shall be English and that the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
